Keith established KD Cleaning Specialists, originally known as KD Contracts, in 1980 when he mainly worked in the contract cleaning sector, operating across Kent and the South East.
As a young child, Keith was often given cleaning jobs by his parents because he would work obsessively hard at any task. Whether he was vacuuming or dusting in the home, or polishing paintwork, chrome, walnut doors and dashboard trims, or leather seats in his father’s car, it was all done with an obsessive attention to detail.
No surprise then, that he ended up with a cleaning business with a reputation for high standards.

Our Charges
We will give you an individual, no-obligation free quote. The price you pay will be the price you are quoted – we won’t surprise you on the day with ‘extras’ or small print. All our clients are offered ‘7 days to pay’. You are not obliged to pay on the day.
We charge by the ’cleanable square footage’.
This means you might have a room measuring 10′ x 12′, but have a fireplace that measures 4′ x 1.5′, and a unit that is too heavy to move that measures 5′ x 2′. We reduce the size of the room by the square meterage of immoveable object – in this case reducing the size from 120 sq.ft. to a cleanable area of 104 sq.ft. This reduces the cost and is one of the reasons that we always come out to quote.
